Q: Do you require a deposit prior to booking? If so, how much?
A: Elite Events & Entertainment does require a booking fee be paid to lock your date into place. A contract & booking fee of $300 locks your date into place.
Q: When is full payment due?
A: Full payment is due 7 days prior to your event unless otherwise discussed or specified.
Q: Can we make payments or payment arrangements?
A: Yes. I'm very flexible to when you wish to pay prior to your event.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Elite Events & Entertainment accepts check, credit/debit card, and cash.
Q: How far ahead should we book your services?
A: With high demand, you can not book your entertainment too early. The earlier, the better. I accept bookings up to five years in advance.
Q: Is Elite Events & Entertainment insured?
A: Absolutely. We have $2,000,000 of liability coverage and can provide proof upon request.
Q: Do you have backup equipment and music?
A: YES YES YES! Your big day is so important, backups for emergencies are a must.
Q: Do you accept more than one wedding per day?
A: No. Elite Events & Entertainment is a single-op DJ service with only one DJ. Once I am booked for a date, that day is completely booked. UPDATE: DUE TO COVID-19, THERE HAVE BEEN SOME EXCEPTIONS MADE AND WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH NETWORKING PARTNERS TO ENSURE ANY OVERLAPPED DATES ARE COVERED WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
Q: Can you rip music off of YouTube or stream music from Pandora or Spotify?
A: No. All music in Elite Events & Entertainment's arsenal is 100% legally purchased and Elite Events & Entertainment complies with all licensing laws and regulations. The software in which we use has formed a partnership with Spotify, so songs played from Spotify have been cleared with the FCC, RIAA, ASCAP, & BMI.
